WHAT WE DO
Simply put, CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity. CrossFit workouts are difficult and challenging, but are scalable for individuals of all fitness levels. The competition can be with yourself or with others during group workouts. This allows us to effectively turn fitness into sport.
WHO WE ARE
Vernal CrossFit is a community focused on living well. We believe in hard work, intensity, competition, and motivation. We will provide you with a daily workout and certified trainers to assist you through them. We don’t believe in anyone going to workout in a gym and not knowing what to do. Too much time at the gym is wasted and too many goals aren't achieved, not because of a lack of motivation, but lack of knowledge and assistance. We aim to correct this problem.

3:30pm - 4:30pm - WOD (Varsity Youth, but all are welcome.)
